The Encyclopedia of Eats was created during a 2014 Big Class Workshop at the New Orleans Southern Food and Beverage Museum. Students present an ode to their favorite and most nostalgic foods of New Orleans. From tantalizingly tasty sweet treats to humble everyday dishes, there’s something for everyone in this special encyclopedia.
